Lighthouse frenzy

North Bull Island Lighthouse – same colour as my face for the last 3 hours

So many more lighthouses to bag in Anglesey and Dublin Bay but it’s a start.

Sketching Storm Amy: Two perspectives

Sketching indoors, 3 key features:

* Sipping latte

* Warmness and smugness (OK that’s 2 for 1)

* Humming along to tunes I half know

Indoors picnic

Sketching outdoors, 3 key features:

* Hoping snot doesn’t drip on the page as it flips and rips (over and over)

* Feeling paint seep through my coat as I pin the palette down with my elbow

* Swearing and mumbling quietly in tune with the wind.
