Light breaking through



The women of Brighton and Hove head to the water, whilst the men and seagulls shiver on the shore. Not a wetsuit in sight!

Bandstands, beach huts and seaside can stay. Brexit, Boris and stupid pandemics can get stuffed.

A busy morning as Southwick Ship Canal. First a load of planks.

Then me and a very exited bunch of school girls watch the lock open for a second time.

Followed by a rest at Millionaires row.

Thanks to the nice woman who kept a healthy 2m distance to look my sketch, even though she’s “not into all that social distancing nonsense”. Together we will find a way.
