Happy Mother’s Day

Here’s one for the fisher-mums, swimmer-mums and running-mums of Brighton and Hove

Walking while sketching is hard enough when surrounded by sea walls.

But you know you’re addicted if you do it on a cliff edge.

Do not try this! Stay safe. Keep moving. Find sanity where you can.

The women of Brighton and Hove head to the water, whilst the men and seagulls shiver on the shore. Not a wetsuit in sight!

Bandstands, beach huts and seaside can stay. Brexit, Boris and stupid pandemics can get stuffed.

Sea, sun and satisfaction.

Today… served with ice (brrrr).

Like lockdown 1, but sitting down and ‘exercising’ your sketching hand is allowed.
